2004 Nissan Maxima Overheats While Driving Runs Idle Even Running C Idle

overheats while driving runs ok at idle...
even while running the A/C at idle it doesnt overheat... driving at 70 it runs hot above the half way make on heat gauge. has new thermostat already.

radiator may be clogged. have the temps checked on either side to verify
