2004 Nissan Maxima Abs and brake light on

When I start up my car it perfectly fine but as soon as I start driving the abs and brake light go on while make this humming sound for about a few seconds then the humming stop but the brakes and abs lights stay on

Most likely you have a bad ABS sensor. You need to have the computer scanned for trouble codes to see which one is a problem.
