2004 Nissan Altima Recently Had Oil Change Back Brakes Replaced New Rotors Now

Recently had an oil change and back brakes replaced and new rotors. Now I'm hearing a rubbing or groaning noise when I turn the steering wheel to the left or right while pulling out of a parking space or slowly driving with brakes. What is causing that noise?
