I have 2004 Nissan Almera 1.6 Lux. Is it possible to change the Rear brake drum (complete unit) and have the Nissan Almera 1.8 Elegance Rear disc brake (complete unit) without the rear axle, fitted on to my car, (fitted onto my rear axle)

The rear brake drum should be removeable and replaced by itself.
