2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor Power window driverside rear

The driver side rear window will only go down with the switch. The window motor is working. Will only power down with rear or driver side switch. Will not power up with rear or driver side switch. The wiring diagram I found show switches wire back to CPU. Is there a way to trouble the CPU without a connecting the car to a computer.

have it scanned first or if not see if switch sends power both ways if it does then checkmodule by scanning.

Have the swithes checked. The circuit is not controlled by any body control modules.
