hi there i was to get back to you about my mg zr 04 plate the water is nt going down just fill of emulsion and engine not tiking the way it should just cold air blowing in car heater could you give me a list of things that it could be and symptoms so i can eliminate possibilities thanks again very appreciated

if emulsion in coolant then it may be the head gasket putting oil into coolant. this si more than likely if no heat normally low on coolant. we have no info for this car so this is a generic answer.
