2004 Mercury Station Wagon Just Replaced Tires Michlen Radials Supposedly

I just replaced my tires with Michlen radials. Supposedly all were balanced etc. At 65 to 70 mph I am getting vibration. I've asked my mechanic to check the balance and he says its OK. What could be causing the vibration if its not the balance?

Has anyone checked for bent rims worn front end parts bad tie rods etc?Deffective tires rotating the tires front to rear to see if the vibration changes?
