Car turns over fuel pump was replaces relays checked no power to fuel pump fuse good. What is a common problem known with this modle?

Check and test Fuel pump relay and the inertia switch

I am having the same problem with my 99 sable no power to fuel pump inertia switch checked no problems, relay good still no power. HELP PLEASE!!!!!
