If my oxygen censor is fouled or bad could that cause my mountaineer to turn over but not start?

It is getting fire and its getting fuel but wont start?

no, ox sensor cannot cause not to start.

what do you mean by getting fuel? have you checked a plug to see if it's wet? have you tried squirting fuel directly into intake?
