Check something for me. With the engine running, heat on high, and the engine at operating temp, feel both heater core hoses and see if both are hot. If they are, suspect there is an issue with the blend air door actuator.

Let me know what you find.

The blend air door is electrically actuated on your vehicle. It is a plastic door located near the heater core. When you adjust the temp, the door moves one way to allow heat to enter the vehicle, or the other way to allow AC to operate. If it isn't moving and is in the wrong position, you won't get heat.

I have to warn you, it isn't an easy thing to get to. The dash will need partial disassembly.
