Where is the electronic maual temperature control module located?

AC works however the swith which turns the blower from 1-4 does not. Seems he power stops at this point and does not reach the blower motor.

i would check the blower resistor by the blower motor. it is a common failure. start there before going out on a tangent with a guess.
