What does three and four cylinder misfire and c1342 mean

The check engine light is on and when I drive it it feels like am going to run out of gas.

Cylinders three and four are not working properly. It could be a bad spark plug, a bad coil, ignition wire, low engine compression.

How do I remove the park pugs going to the back on this type of engine? Can see the one in the front. How would I get to the ones going to the back?

While driving to the doctors my van started bogging and sputtering. In neutral it would race at a high speed. I put it back in gear and it jumped, sputtered and shut off a lot, but would start back up. It finally got me home. Can you tell me is it a fuel pump sensor?
