Im having an oil leak. Cannot determine where it is coming from.
allready had the valve cover gaskets replaced, spark plugs and boots replaced, also had the baffle on top of valve covers resealed. Cannot determine what the issue is
seems to be coming out from underneath spark plugs onto the manifold. It causes smoke to come out of the engine when the oil lands onto a hot surface.
smells like burn rubber.

The rocker cover gasket may not be seated correctly, if the oil leak I s that high on the engine I would be re checking here first.

Mechanic just called. Now he says the valve cover gaskets are not Mercedes brand. That's the reason, I purchased the gasket from advanced auto parts, but they were exact fit

My car keeps telling me to add one quart of oil multiple times, I would add oil and a week later it will tell me to add another quart. What is my problem? It is not leaking out of the bottom.

Hello,

When you check the oil is it low? IF not the oil level sensor is going out and you need to replace it, It is located in the side of the oil pan.

Please let us know what happens.

Cheers, Ken
