my car C230K 2004 model has over heated and in the process we found that the engine block surface is no longer flat or straight. So will it be ok to scheme both the block and the cylinder head?

Aluminum engine parts are more susceptible to warping especially when overheated. If the engine block is no longer within specifications the engine will need to be removed and taken to a machine shop to have it trued up or on other words straightened. If the cylinder head is out of specifications this to will need to be resurfaced so the head gasket will seal properly.
