2004 mazda mvp misfire cylinder 3

We replaced coil wire and spark plug still getting code p303.
Where is cylinder 3

This problem is likely the coil itself (each cylinder has it's own). The original coils were defective. I've had all six of mine replaced (4 for going bad at different times and the last two because I knew they would go bad and wanted to just replace them with the new design).
