I have a 2004 mazda6 automatic wagon having over heating problem my radiator is leaking....took to a mechinic and he said my waterpump was also leaking that is way i was not
Keeping cooling he say i might have caused some damage so im going to need a new engine....talk to dealer he say that i need fix the leakage and check the time....which one is true

I would start by testing the engine for damage due to overheating. Of course the leak would be a hindrance but if the leak is not too bad, you can still perform tests.
Start with a compression test followed by checking for oil in cooling system or coolant in oil. If the engine is not running smoothly, there is a possobility of engine damage.
