My 2004 lincoln aviator has a loud clunking noise coming from the front when making a slow turn in either direction,i just had the front axle and upper,lower ball joints replaced......

Did they not notice that during the alignment test drive? Fords have way more steering and suspension part failures than anyone else and noises are never anything to ignore. Take it back to the shop that did the ball joints and have them check their work and reinspect the other parts.

Replace front hub bearings they only last 4 to 6 year because of the AWD
