dead cylinder #7 misfire?

I have a dead cylinder #7 misfire. I've been told I need a new cylinder head. Can I fix it?

Hello,

To replace the cylinder head you will need few special tools. It is a labor intensive job, it will take several hours to complete, depending on your comfort level.
