HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU BLEED YOUR BRAKES AND REPLENISH WITH NEW BRAKE FLUID.

Lexus recommends you replace the brake fluid every 30k miles.

There is no reason to do a re bleed unless the system has been opened up, as the last poster says, every 30K or no longer than 2 years, the reason for this is that brake fluid is hygroscopic, that is it adsorbs moisture from the air, thisa moisture can cause rust and poor braking due to fade.
