What is the operating tempreture between low and high

I bought a Mercedes Sprinter bus and replace the motor with a Lexus
LS 400. Will you please be so kind to give me the operating temperature, the low and especially the high. Thanx have a wonderful 2012.

The normal operating temp should be 195 degrees F.

Thermostat opening temperature is atrounf 180 degrees F.
It should operate at less than 210 degrees F.
