Both side view mirrors stopped tilting downwards when the vehicle backs up. I like this feature and I miss it. Recently after all the snow storms the driverside mirror works but not always.

Still cold enough to freeze? car kept in heated garage? if yes and no maybe ice is stoping operation

Sorry to mislead. The mirrors stopped working quite sometime ago.

In this type of fault need to physically see and due tests suggest you try dealer they will be most fimiliar with fault
