2004 Kia Sedona Starting Yesterday Over Heated Fans Working Replaced

Starting yesterday my sedona over heated. The fans are working and we replaced the thermostat. We radiator is not hot but the car marks that it is overheating. What can cause this?

low coolant level, clogged radiator or bad head gaskets from constant overheating
