DOES THE A/C CLUTCH PULLEY SPIN NICE AND FREE WITH THE A/C (AND ANY HEAT SETTINGS W/ DEFROST INCLUDED) IN THE OFF POSITION?

LOCKS DOWN WHEN YOU TURN THE A/C ON?

LOCKED DOWN 100% OF THE TIME?
