How to program my key remote FOB?

It was working fine in the morning.I did change a tire and after that it wasn't working.I did change the battery. Need help.

You have to use a factory scan tool.

What I would do is go to a auto parts store like auto zone they have remote testers on the parts counter. They will tell you if the remote is sending out a signal when pressing each button. It could be a bad battery dirty button terminals bad remote issue with the car. But first thing I always do is test the remote.
