Possible electrical problem?

My horn started blaring on its own at random. I cant figure out how to turn it off. Please help

If needed, it can be disconnected under the hood. As far as the problem, check the relay, check wiring for shorts, you may need to take apart the steering wheel to check for damaged parts.
