2004 Kia Optima Car Would Run Real Bad Had Test Done Replaced Crankshaft

the car would run real bad, had a test done and replaced the crankshaft sensor, can not turn crank by hand it locks up. it only makes a half a turn. is the crank broke

Maybe a bad timing chain/belt is causing the problem. Further testing would have to be done to confirm.
