how do i get it to start again

my 2004 jeep rubicon wont start. the after market car starter it has on it worked an hour ago. but now it wont start with the car starter or the key. its like a killswitch is on and i dont know how to turn it off or something

COULD BE A DEFECTIVE STARTER....OR OTHER STUFF ALONG THE WAY
