number 4 cyclinder not firing code...changed spark plug, coil pack and injector....what next????? Still running rough..

Switch injector with one from a different cylinder to see if the code changes to that other cylinder. Chrysler has extremely little trouble with injectors, but if you already changed the ignition parts, that just leaves fuel and compression.
