What would cause a knocking noise in the rear passanger tire on a 2004 Jeep Liberty when stopping?

It has only made this noise 3 times in the past 2 days all 3 tires are when I am braking to stop at a light from 40mph.

have your brakes checked and wheel bearings on rear. also have the tire looked at for bulging.
