I' checked the three items that you sent me, I' don't have any injector pulse for # 4 cylinder, now what?

checked wires and all pins are ok still no pulse to that cylinder.

You need to now check for a pulse at the PCM itself. Remove the plug connection and check for a pulse there. If there isn't one, chances are the PCM is bad.
