sabbatage?

2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO

I just got my transmission rebuilt last week, the guys did a great job but my cruise control AND my vents for heating and air don't work, which they did perfectly fine before I took the car in. Am I just having bad luck with my car or could they have done something pretty easily to have sabbataged my car.

The cruise control and the AC/Heater unit is far from the heart of transmission very unrelated you should go back and raise hell
