Rear passenger window won't work

The passenger rear window is down and will not go up. Does not make any noise. I have an '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The power windows, locks, and mirrors have stopped working. There are no fuses, breakers or relays labeled for them in the interior fuse box or the power distribution center in the engine compartment. Can you locate them so I can check if they are blown?

Hey

There is a window module located in the driver's door I would check first, Also here is a diagram showing where the fuse is in the PDC.

I am having issues with all four windows, the mirrors and locks. I found several wires severed in the driver and passenger door. We used shrinkage to repair them. I noticed a yellow and purple wire that did not seem to be connected to anything. The locks are working but the windows and mirrors are not. We checked the fuse box under the hood and driver's side but they were all good. Any ideas on what else it could be?

The yellow/violet wire is a data wire. It connects to the door module and sends the signals that make the windows and mirrors work. Find and repair the other end and they should work again.
