This sounds like two different problems. Is the trans shifting properly? Do the wipers do anything? Have you checked to make sure nothing has come disconnected behind the dash?

The wipers are not doing anything at all and there not even making a sound. The car is shifting properly. And there is not anything disconted behide the dash. The things was the driver door control pannel stop working as well as all the windows. I found the broken ground wire and connected a jumper wire to them to reconnect it and the the speedometer and wipers stop working as well as the break, engine and ABS light all came on. And I cant get them off.

For curiosity, have you checked to see if there are trouble codes for the check engine light? It sounds like it could be another ground issue. Try this, just using a test light, check if there is power to the wiper motor. If using a test light shows power (the light has its own ground) then the issue is ground related.
