I TOOK THE CLIPS OUT OF THE COVER TO REPLACE THE CABIN FILTER AND FOUND THAT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE THE WS WIPER IS HOLDING IT DOWN AND ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE IT'S GLUED TO THE WINDSHEILD. HOW DO I REMOVE IT? THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAS NEVER HAD IT REPLACED AND THEY SMOKED. IT SMELLS.
