Is there an egr valve on a 2004 rodeo and if so wher is it located. Someone suggested I change it but I am unable to locate it.

It should be obvious on the top of the engine.

there is not one there, I replaced one on my 97 with ease in locating it, but with this one I am stumped. Is it possible for it not to have one?
