how to change rear wheel bearings on a 2004 isuzu kb280 td 2x4

i have aclunking noise on the diff if i turn sharply i lifted the back and i can move the rear wheels in and out plus minus 3 to 4 mm

we have no info for this vehicle. from the sound of it it may not be a wheel bearing. if there is a comparible u.s. vehicle we could possibly help yuou out.
