I believe I have a bad fuel filter. Can I just replace the fuel filter or do I have to replace the whole fuel pump and filter assembly?
Thanks
Brad

I don't know where you got the idea that the filter is the sole cause of your problem. Fuel filter failures do not cause performance problems. They ruin fuel pumps and the pumps cause the problems. In tank filters rarely cause any problems because they are usually self rinsing. I hope you have at least taken fuel pressure readings to even be on this track but you need to replace the whole assembly if you have a fuel pressure problem.
