window problem

I have an Infiniti G35 coupe the window will go down but when i push for it to go up it only goes half way and wants to go back down I wanted to know if this is a regulator or window motor problem

most likely its the regulator

I have an o4 that does the same on the passenger side I normally have to bang on the door panel to make it go all the way up
