The STOP/TAIL LIGHT FAILURE WARNING LIGHT comes on each time I brake on 2004 Hyundai XG350 New front pads installed 7/2009. No squealing noise and brakes seem ok for now...how do I fix warning light?

It's probably a "bulb out" warning light. Check all your brake lights.

Thanks so much. I think lights are ok - will check again. If they are ok, then manual says check brake line- does that mean brake pads or..?

If it's truly a light failure warning as you describe, then it has nothing to do with pads. It's just a rear light out.
