I have a 2004 hyundai xg350 and the gauges, power windows, blinkers, clock, and A/T shifting quit working. The car starts and is driveable but won't shift out of low gear. Healights, tail lights, radio, A/C all still work okay. Checked all fuses under hood and dash and swapped out all swappable relays with no luck. Suggestions?

When swapping out fuses and relays don't work, you need a test light or DVOM to perform test to find out if power is being supplied to the various components.

Are the hazard lights working?
Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing?
Have you checked for trouble codes?
