When your changing the valve cover gaskets is it much easier to do the timing belt also or is the timing belt harder to do

The valve cover gasket and the timing belt are 2 completely different procedures. Yes, you will be able to see the top of the timing belt when you take off the valve cover but thats it. The only overlapping time that would be involved would be taking the top timing belt covers off.
