if the Exhaust is broken before the oxygen sensor does it consume fuel ?

all my sensors are checked and are working good , oxygen sensor new along with the sparks and injectors ,although it consume lot of fuel , i can almost breath fuel inside the cabinet , i think i have a broken Exhaust very close to the engine and before the o2 sensor , but does that is the reason why i lose fuel so fast ? does it effect engine pressure ? although my car performance is great and fast, i need to fill it every trip ??? plus i notesed some oil mixed with fuel between the engine and the top of the Exhaust . please help ^^ bye the way i enjoy this site a lot keep it up wish you the best .
