The engines turns over. I have no power to the fuel pump. The exciter wires to the fuel pump relay are not powering the relay where should I go from here?

Power the fuel pump from the battery at the FP wiring connector -if it turns on-backtrack back to the computer fuel pump control relay circuit-relay is good the problem is coming from the PCM
