2004 Hyundai Sonata A/C problem

Hello I have a 2004 Hyundai Sonata DOHC 16 Valve 2.4L engine. The issue with this car is that every time I turn my ac on my rpm's drop and my car starts to shake really bad and hard what can be the problem. Thanks for your help :)

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure first with a gauge

I don't have a check engine light on I tried getting it scanned but 0 codes. What is the pressure have to be? Also I'm no mechanic so how could I check it?

38 psi w/vacuum connected and 46-49 w/o vacuum auto parts rent the gauges. Check at fuel rail you may need an adapter it should work just with key on
