Hi dear,
I want to share my car's problem and seek guideline from u.
In February 2014 I got my car (Hyundai Santro Club Model 2004) repaired and installed new rings, after having a running of about 1200km after repair when I use AC in car its remain in good working condition. The problem raises when I start the car next day it blows a light blue smoke for some time, Level of Engine oil declined very minor.
Please give your expert opinion.

Were the valve seals replaced at the same time as the rings?

I have to be honest, if the smoke goes away, my first guess is that the valve seals are allowing oil to get past them when the engine is off or the valve guides are worn. If the problem was the rings that were replaced, the engine would most likely burn oil all the time.

Thanks sir for your guidance and precious reply.

As I told u earlier that I have replaced rings and valve sets as well about 2 months ago, Now if I go for oil change (i use Caltex Havoline) and tuning does the problem solve or in this situation what do u suggest?

Oil has to be getting into the cylinders. Based on what you described, I feel it is getting past one of the valve seals or one of the valve guides is worn. I think the person that did the work needs to recheck those items to confirm they are not an issue.
