idle problem and black smoke

its means workshop mechanics checked and scan but no have any error code so he told me checked car wrings,and taken out engine.and fuel pump already changed but idle problem is still.

Have them check for soft codes, ones which don't set the check engine light. They'll need more than a basic $20 scanner for this.

Check compression. Check for vacuum leaks. Check ignition timing. Check injector pulsing.
