2004 Hyundai Santro Dear Sir Car Emitting Very Black Smoke Consuming Too Much

Dear Sir,
My Santro car is emitting very black smoke and consuming too much petrol (No CNG installed) and the mileage is very low. I got the engine tuning done from Hyundai workshop, got all four spark plugs changed, got all four fuel injectors and fuel lines cleaned. Still the problem persists. please advice.
