hi
my car get stuck in 3rd gear and not shift up or down (automaticaly or manualy).
and when i want to reverse , the car will shake .

The transmission is computer controlled a dead battery would affect it. Did you get a jump start from somebody? If you jumped the car incorrectly you could cause damage to the electrical system and possibly damaged the transmission computer and even the ECU.
And also check gearbox oil level if its low it wont change up gears or will be slow to change up.

have a trans guy scan it the trans is in limp mode and something is wrong with it.
