2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Could Cause Steering Wheel Vibration Stop Red Light Idle

what could cause a steering wheel vibration when stop to a red light or idle? i just changed all the motor mounts(3), this vibration feels more when is at "D" position when i change it to "N" the vibration is reduced but is still there

possible just a case of low base idle speed, check this first.

i just did an adjustment to the RPN between 900 and 1000, so the vibration was reduced but when i have it in the Parking or Neutral position the RPN's go up to almost 1500 and when driving and stop a traffic light RPN's are 900-1000.
