Ok, I have been driving with a bad o2 sensor upstream for a year.
One day my gas tank was very low/close to E.
My car then started jerking back and forth while I was trying to accelerate(it didnt accelerate).
Luckily I got gas right when it happened. Then I got gas to full, then the problem was solved.
The next day when I was going 50 mph up a hill, it was jerking back and forth when accelerating(it didnt accelerate) it actually was slowing down to a stop. (On a full tank). I restarted my car and everything was fine.
The next two weeks after that malfunction, It's still fine and I finally replace my o2 sensor upstream. Since then everythings still fine.
Everything on my car is fine now.
Question: should I still go on a 2,000 mile round trip total. With my same car?
